In-house AI training, designed around your team’s real work

TRAINIAC (Trainiac Co., Ltd.) designs and delivers in-house AI training for organisations in Thailand — taught in Thai or English, or bilingually in one cohort — onsite at the client’s office, live online, or hybrid. The programme covers the whole organisation systematically on the four-level AI Learning Layer, from frontline staff and managers to executives and technical teams, with 25 courses adapted to each department’s work, sector-specific designs for 20 industries, and a path beyond training into an AI roadmap and a production pilot with the leadership team. 600+ organisations and institutions taught across all formats, 300+ of them through in-house programmes for leading organisations — banks, energy, manufacturing, retail, hospitals, the armed forces and government agencies — with a dated, checkable session log and a 4.91/5.00 average teaching evaluation. Companies can deduct 200% of the training cost when the course is certified by the Department of Skill Development, and we prepare the documents HR files.

Formats

Pick the one that fits the organisation's real constraints — venue, headcount and data policy.

Onsite workshop at your office

Instructors come to your office or a venue you arrange. Best for teams that want a full workshop atmosphere, hands-on practice for the whole room, and organisations whose policy keeps data on the premises.

Live online

Taught live over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, reaching learners across branches in one cohort. Suits organisations with teams in different provinces or countries, and cuts travel cost.

Hybrid and multi-cohort

Learners split into several cohorts by department or readiness, mixing onsite and online within one programme. Built for organisation-wide training with learners in the hundreds.

Programme with follow-through coaching

Not a one-off class: a multi-module path with time between modules to apply the work, then a shared review of what happened. For organisations that want continued use, not just knowledge.

How an engagement runs, from brief to evaluation

  1. 01

Scope the brief and assess readiness

We talk with HR/L&D or the function lead to understand what the team should be able to do after training, which tools they use today, what data or policy constraints apply, and where learners sit on the AI Learning Layer.

  2. 02

Design the curriculum around real work

We pick modules from the catalogue and rebuild the cases, examples and exercises from that department's actual work — a sales team practises on its own proposals, an accounting team on the reports it already produces — with sensitive data masked first.

  3. 03

Confirm scope and issue the quotation

We fix the number of cohorts, learners per cohort, days, format and venue, then issue a quotation from Trainiac Co., Ltd. with the documents your procurement team needs.

  4. 04

    Deliver hands-on training

Sessions are practice-led on the learners' own cases, with interactive browser-based materials to follow along and a coach on the floor during exercises — not a lecture.

  5. 05

Evaluate and plan the next step

Every cohort completes an evaluation. We report back to leadership with a recommendation: the next level of the AI Learning Layer, or moving into an AI roadmap and a production pilot.

The whole organisation, not just staff

Each group needs something different from AI, so the programmes are separate and build on one another along the AI Learning Layer.

  1. 01

    Staff in every function

    LV1 · AI Foundation

Use generative AI safely on everyday work: know which data may be entered, write prompts that get results. Usually run for the whole organisation in several cohorts.

    AI for Workforce →
  2. 02

    Managers and function teams

    LV2 · AI Advanced

Go deep on the tools and tasks of one department — Copilot for document-heavy teams, data analysis, marketing, HR, finance and sales.

    Microsoft Copilot for Workforce →
  3. 03

    Executives and board members

    Executive programme · half day

Leave the room with decisions, not prompting tips: what the organisation will use AI for, how much to invest, and how to control the risk.

AI for Executives & Leaders →
  4. 04

    Technical and data teams

    LV3–LV4 · Automation & Production

Design automated workflows and AI agents, connect models through APIs, build RAG, and put AI into production inside the organisation's own systems.

Industries we train

Each industry has its own real work and its own data constraints, so the content differs. Each sector page names real clients from that sector.

Why organisations choose TRAINIAC

Dated evidence, not just a headline number

Our recent-work log names the date, organisation and course of each engagement — from the Royal Thai Navy, PTT and EY Thailand to the United States Embassy Bangkok — and every entry can be checked.

The whole organisation, systematically

Staff, managers, executives and technical teams each have their own programme on the four-level AI Learning Layer, instead of one course taught to everyone.

Designed for 20 industries

A bank and a factory use AI differently and face different data constraints. Each sector has its own page, with real clients from that sector.

Learner evaluations you can verify

4.91/5.00 on average, with an evaluation for every cohort — most recently 100/100 from the United States Embassy's fourth cohort and 4.85/5.00 from SCG's IT team on our fourth programme there.

Your data stays safe by design

Exercises run on masked data, data-classification rules are taught from the first module, and content is aligned with your AI policy and PDPA obligations.

From training to real use

Training is the starting point. For organisations that want to go further, we work with leadership on two further steps.

Consulting and AI roadmap

After training we work with leadership to find the highest-value use case in each department, land quick wins, and set the organisation's AI direction as a roadmap with owners and measures.

AI transformation pilot

From roadmap to real use: we build, test and hand over a production-grade pilot with guardrails, prove the result, write the playbook, and pass it to your team to run.

How your data is handled during training

Practise without moving confidential data

Exercises are built on sample or masked data. No step requires uploading confidential company data into a public tool.

Learn to mask before you use

Learners practise deciding which data can go into an AI tool, which must be masked, and which must never be entered — then mask their own documents.

Taught to your AI policy

If you already have an AI policy or PDPA guidelines, send them before training. We align content and examples with that framework rather than teaching against it.

What drives the budget

In-house training is priced per programme, not per head. Send us a rough scope and we quote on that basis.

  • Number of training days and cohorts
  • Depth of the curriculum (LV1 foundation to LV4 production)
  • How far content and exercises are adapted to each department's work
  • Format: onsite, live online or hybrid
  • Venue: outside Bangkok, travel and accommodation are itemised separately
  • Follow-through services such as evaluation reporting or coaching

Training costs deductible at 200%

Companies can deduct 200% of employee training costs when the course is certified by the Department of Skill Development. We prepare the course and trainer documents HR files.

Frequently asked questions about in-house AI training

How many days does in-house AI training take?
It depends on level and scope. A foundation programme for general staff usually fits in one day (about six hours); role-specific or automation-level courses usually take two days or more, or run as several modules with time in between to apply the work. We propose a length after the scoping call.
Can the curriculum be adapted to our department's work?
Yes — it is the default for every in-house engagement. We rebuild cases, examples and exercises from that department's real work: a marketing team practises on its own campaigns, a plant team on its production reports. The structure comes from our course catalogue; the content is always adapted to your context.
How many people can attend per session?
For hands-on onsite training, 20–40 learners per cohort works best — the coaches can still reach everyone during exercises. For larger numbers we run several cohorts, or a hybrid format: a shared lecture, then small groups for practice.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok?
Yes. We run onsite sessions anywhere in Thailand; travel and accommodation are itemised separately on the quotation. To avoid that cost, the live-online format uses the same content and exercises.
What language is the training in?
Thai or English, for the whole class, or both in one cohort when it includes international staff; English technical terms are kept as they appear in the tools. We have taught many classes in English, including four cohorts for the United States Embassy Bangkok (the most recent, on 16 January 2026, scored 100/100) and Microsoft 365 Copilot for Indorama Ventures executives.
How is in-house training priced?
Per programme, not per head. The price depends on the number of days and cohorts, the depth of the curriculum, how far content is adapted to your work, the format (onsite or online) and the venue. Send us a rough scope and we quote on that basis.
Can we claim the 200% tax deduction on the training cost?
Yes. Under Royal Decree No. 437 (B.E. 2548), companies and juristic partnerships in Thailand can deduct 200% of employee training costs when the course is certified by the Department of Skill Development. HR must file the course for certification before the training day. We prepare everything the filing needs: the course outline and schedule, trainer profiles, the attendance list and receipts issued by Trainiac Co., Ltd.
Will our internal data be safe?
Exercises are designed so learners never need to take confidential data out of your systems. We teach how to mask sensitive data before using an AI tool and which data must never be entered into public tools, and we align the content with your AI-use policy and PDPA obligations. If you already have an AI policy, send it first and we teach within it.
Do we need AI tool licences first?
Not always. Foundation courses can be completed with free tools. Courses built around a specific product, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, work best when learners have licences to follow along. We send the full preparation list before training day.
Do you provide procurement and tax documents?
Yes. Quotations and documents are issued by Trainiac Co., Ltd., supporting your procurement process and withholding tax under your organisation's rules. If you need your own vendor forms completed, send them to us.
What happens after the training?
Every cohort is evaluated and the results are reported back to leadership. From there, two paths: the next level of the AI Learning Layer, or moving up to an AI roadmap and a production pilot with your team.
How does in-house training differ from sending staff to a public class?
A public class suits sending a few people to try us first — priced per seat, learning alongside other organisations. In-house suits raising a whole team or organisation: content adapted to your real work, your own cases in the exercises, your schedule, and usually a lower cost per head once numbers reach a certain size.
What kinds of organisations has TRAINIAC trained?
600+ organisations and educational institutions across all formats, 300+ of them through in-house programmes for leading organisations in Thailand — banking and finance, energy, manufacturing and automotive, retail and consumer goods, hospitals, universities, the armed forces and government agencies, as well as international organisations such as UNICEF and the United States Embassy Bangkok. The full client list is on our About page.
