About the course

A full-day course on applying generative AI at work. Participants learn how to use generative AI for many parts of daily work in a short time, such as brainstorming, writing content and reports automatically, analysing data and advanced research. It starts from the AI fundamentals that matter for long-term growth and goes on to hands-on work with several generative AI tools in real work situations, mixing theory with practice so it can be used at work straight away.

What you will be able to do

  • Understand what generative AI can do across different kinds of work, and adapt smoothly to working with AI
  • Write structured prompts that get work done in business situations, with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Analyse data and build charts with Gemini, and summarise large files, reports and contracts with Copilot
  • Research in depth with Gemini Notebook and Deep Research, then turn the findings into a presentation
  • Apply the skills to real work as soon as the course ends
