This course runs in-house at your organisation, taught in English or Thai, with cases and exercises rebuilt from the work of the department taking it.

About the course

A one-day workshop for staff in every department of an organisation that uses Google Workspace and wants Gemini to become part of daily work. It opens with an overview of generative AI in 2026 and using Gemini safely, then moves to writing prompts with the TCFR structure (Task, Context, Format, Ref) and turning the answers into working tools in Gemini Canvas. The afternoon is hands-on with work every department faces: email in Gmail, data analysis, contract review, Gemini Notebook and Deep Research. Every session has exercises with sample data that TRAINIAC prepares.

What you will be able to do

  • Understand the four types of generative AI, and use Gemini safely within your organisation's data policy
  • Write prompts with the TCFR structure, and build the answers into working tools in Gemini Canvas
  • Use Gemini with email, data and contracts, checking accuracy every time before use
  • Summarise knowledge from documents with Gemini Notebook, and produce in-depth reports with Deep Research

One-day schedule

09:00–16:00 · topics, cases and exercises can be adapted to your organisation’s work

  1. 09:00–10:30

    GenAI 2026 and Gemini essentials

    • Will AI replace us? The four types of generative AI: text-to-image (Nano Banana), text-to-video (Veo), text-to-audio and text-to-text (LLMs)
    • The main LLMs on the market, and having Gemini search the web within a time period and region you set
    • The safety rule: which data may go into AI and which must not, under your organisation's data policy
    • A tour of the Gemini screen: choosing the right mode, Library, Images, Scheduled, Customize and Notebooks

ActivityCreate an infographic with Gemini in four styles (Flat Vector, Isometric 3D, Bold Editorial, Dark Tech), then have it search for the latest information on a topic from your own work

  2. 10:30–10:45

    Break

  3. 10:45–12:00

    Prompt engineering: TCFR and Canvas

    • The four-part TCFR prompt: Task starts with a verb, Context gives the background, sources and a measurable goal, Format sets the shape of the answer, and Ref attaches reference files
    • Working with several files at once in four patterns (Merge, Compare, Generate and Consume), with words that make answers deeper and more precise
    • Building on answers in Gemini Canvas, from a plan to a dashboard, a working tool and a reusable application

ActivityWrite your department's work plan with Task and Context, then develop it into an interactive dashboard with an Action Tracker that records progress and can be exported

  4. 12:00–13:00

    Lunch

  5. 13:00–14:30

Gemini with email, data and contracts

    • Gemini in Gmail: summarise email, draft replies, search the mailbox and surface pending work, such as threads that have waited more than 72 hours for your reply
    • Data analysis in five steps: data cleaning with a change log, analysis, visualisation, having the AI check its own accuracy, and a dashboard
    • Contract analysis: find the risk points, attach the latest Thai law for each clause, and adjust the contract to be fair to both sides

ActivityAnalyse a sample sales dataset through all five steps, and review a sample goods purchase contract to list what to watch before signing

  6. 14:30–14:45

    Break

  7. 14:45–16:00

    Gemini Notebook and Deep Research

    • Gemini Notebook (NotebookLM): gather sources from Google Drive, websites and YouTube, then summarise, ask and create work that answers only from the sources you added
    • Creating materials from documents, such as an Audio Overview, a Mind Map and a Quiz, with a formula for finding new sources by topic, time period and news source
    • Deep Research: the research prompt structure (Background, Objectives, Key Questions, Methodology, Output), and opening the cited sources to check them before use

ActivityBuild a Notebook from your own work documents, then produce one Deep Research report; the day closes with Q&A and the principle “AI drafts, human decides”

What you take home

  • A TCFR prompt template for your department's work
  • An interactive dashboard from Gemini Canvas, with an Action Tracker for following a real work plan
  • A five-step data analysis prompt set, a contract-review prompt and a Deep Research prompt structure
  • A Gemini Notebook holding your own work documents
  • Access to the AI knowledge library at learn.trainiac.ai

Before the class

  • A Google Workspace account with Gemini enabled (Business Standard or above is recommended, to use every feature)
  • A laptop with Google Chrome that can open gemini.google.com and Gemini Notebook
  • No technical background needed; TRAINIAC provides the sample sales dataset and contracts
