AI Training for Executives (AI for Executives & Leaders)

Executives should leave the room with decisions, not with how to type prompts. The programme is short, hands-on with the executives' own work, and ends with a list of decisions they can act on.

This course runs in-house at your organisation, taught in English or Thai, with cases and exercises rebuilt from the work of the department taking it.

What you will be able to do

  • Tell which AI projects are achievable and which are only marketing
  • Name the specific work in your own function that the team should start with
  • Understand the data and PDPA risk lines well enough to decide policy
  • Use AI on your own work, such as summarising long reports and drafting difficult communications
  • Leave with a list of decisions: which team starts, who owns it and how it is measured

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?
Half a day, about 3–4 hours, which works better than a full day from which executives get pulled away. To go deeper, split it into two sessions on different days.
Do we need any background?
No. The programme starts from decisions, not tools, so executives who have never used AI can join.
