Built for regulated organisations

TRAINIAC trains banks, financial institutions, government agencies and the armed forces in Thailand, and works inside the regulatory framework and IT-risk policies each organisation already has rather than asking it to adapt to us. Banks and financial institutions we have trained include SCB, KBank, Krungsri, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, CIMB Principal, LH Fund, Siam Kubota Leasing and Ratchthani Leasing.

TRAINIAC signs a non-disclosure agreement on your own form, binding on every trainer on the engagement, and exercises run on sample or masked data, so no step requires uploading confidential data into a public AI tool. Every cohort takes a pre- and post-training test; learners receive certificates that can be verified individually, and HR receives a report per cohort and per learner. We teach fully in English as well as Thai: four cohorts for the United States Embassy Bangkok, the most recent scoring 100/100.

No confidential data in public tools: Exercises run on sample or masked data, and learners practise masking their own documents before they use AI.
Kept only to measure, deleted on request: Learner work and test results are kept to measure progress, issue certificates and report to HR. Training files are deleted on request when the project ends.
Taught to your AI policy and PDPA guidelines: Send them before training and the content and examples follow your framework instead of teaching against it.
Pre- and post-training test, certificates, HR report: Every cohort. Certificates are issued automatically and can be verified per learner; HR receives results per cohort and per learner, ready for leadership.
Procurement-ready: Vendor registration documents, quotations and withholding-tax paperwork issued by Trainiac Co., Ltd.
Training costs deductible at 200%: Companies can deduct 200% of employee training costs when the course is certified by the Department of Skill Development. We prepare the course and trainer documents HR files.
